1. Please contact the Secretary's office (0151 334 2155) approximately 2 weeks before your booking to discuss numbers, confirm tee times and meal requirements. Final numbers for dinner may be confirmed 4 days before. Minor additions to this number can probably be catered for. Unfortunately any subsequent reduction in numbers must be paid for.
  2. Your Green Fees are stated in the accompanying letter. Bromborough members are of course free. All other members of the Society must pay the Green Fees as stated. Cards may be collected in advance from the Professional, if you wish.
  3. Please report to the Professional on arrival. Access to the Clubhouse is via swipe card, which will be provided by the Professional. Please leave them with the Professional or with the bar staff when you leave.
  4. Entry to the locker room is to the front of the Clubhouse, past the Professional's shop.
  5. Bromborough Golf Club has no liability for lost possessions. Please lock your clubs and trolleys in your car between rounds.
  6. You are requested to use the Dining Room for lunch and dinner and the Main Lounge at other times. The Main Lounge is directly opposite the top of the stairs and the Dining Room is to the left.
  7. For those playing only in the afternoon, but requiring lunch, we recommend pre-ordering. A limited lunch-time snack menu is usually available, for which orders may be placed at the time and must be paid for at the time.
  8. Our Dress Requirements are:
    Lunch-time: smart, casual.
    Dinner and afterwards: jacket and tie
  9. On the course and in the clubhouse, shirts must have collars and sleeves. Tee shirts, football type shirts, shirts with slogans, jeans and training shoes MUST NOT be worn.
  10. Shorts may be worn on the course and in the Clubhouse up to 7.00pm. They must be tailored and not more than 4" above the knee.
  11. Mobile telephones are not allowed on the course or in the Clubhouse.
  12. Unless other arrangements have been made with the Secretary, payments must be made on the day to the Secretary or the Steward.
  13. ALL VISITORS MUST OBSERVE THE NO SMOKING RULES WITHIN THE CLUBHOUSE (Which includes the lounge and Dinging Room).
