Course Open - Summer greens in play but extensive tining tee to green has taken place to improve conditions after recent heavy rain. (updated 30 January at 18:15)

We would just like to say a big thank you. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and members from the moment we arrived.  For the time of year the course was in great condition, the bunkers were all well maintained and all greens ran true. We were amazed by how dry it was underfoot. The course is an easy walk and a fair challenge for golfers of all abilities.  There is a great range and variety of holes ome with tight tree lines, others more open and with some holes needing that little extra care with club selection. 2nd, 9th,10th, 15th, 17th, and 18th fairways in particular where a ravine runs through the middle of the fairways which if club selection is wrong you're left with a difficult downhill lie. There are also a couple of holes with lakes on and some great dog leg holes.
The club house and locker rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a golf course, Thank you.

Just thought I’d drop you a email to thank you for a great day yesterday; the weather could have been better but can I just say how welcoming your club was from the moment I arrived to the very end. It was a pleasure to play in the Bromborough Masters and look forward to playing in many more in the future. - Terry Williamson

"BROMBOROUGH Golf Club more than lived up to its title as "Wirral's Parkland Jewel" as it presented a stunning course in pristine condition and providing an excellent challenge with suitable punishment for wayward shots for the Cheshire Strokeplay Championships. The quality of the course drew praise from all of the competitors and it was backed by excellent service by the bar and catering team and supported by friendly and helpful members for the three days of absorbing competition".

Statement from Cheshire Union of Golf Clubs, July 2017

What a lovely parkland course with enough challenges for most club golfers. The course condition was excellent and the greens ran true so make sure you have read them correctly. Best hole is the 9th which has real character even though I messed it up. If you don't get your tee shot right you will struggle to score. Overall I enjoyed playing a course in great condition that had an open aspect but was deceptively challenging.

5stars - I have just enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch with Bebington Music Group, at Bromborough Golf Club. The tables were beautifully set, the atmosphere comfortable, friendly but courteous, tables served efficiently and attentively. There was plenty of choice for those not wanting the usual festive fare. A great start to the Christmas season. Thank you to the staff who helped make the occasion such a pleasant one.

The feedback we have received from the players regarding your golf course and overall venue was fantastic.

Toby Thorne, Championship Manager, England Golf Captains Tournament 2015.

Just a quick note to thank you for your time whilst I visited the club last Thursday. I was very impressed with the club overall and the course is beautifully maintained. I submitted my membership form the following day.

I have been visiting Bromborough for over 40 years and it is in better condition now than I have ever seen it. We have had a wonderful day’s golf.
